How to list on Flipkart in bulk

Listing many styles on Flipkart means filling Flipkart's bulk listing template row by row. Opsquik fills that file for you from the template and your product photos, checks it against Flipkart's rules and gives you a file ready to upload.

Flipkart listing in five steps

  1. Get the Flipkart template. In Seller Hub: Listings → Add new listing → Bulk upload → download the template for your category (an .xls file). Keep its name as it is — your seller ID is in it.
  2. Start a Flipkart batch in Opsquik and upload that template exactly as you downloaded it, with your product photos.
  3. Answer a few quick questions - sizes, prices, stock and whatever the photos cannot show.
  4. Check the preview. Opsquik shows every product as it will be in the file. Change anything on that page.
  5. Approve and download the file, then upload it to Flipkart. In Seller Hub: Listings → Add new listing → Bulk upload → upload the file.

What you need for Flipkart

Seller Hub template + photos. Photos: Up to 4 per style.

Name every photo: STYLE CODE + _ + number

  • Style code = the same code you use in the SKU (before the size).
  • No size in the photo name - one set of photos is used for all sizes.
  • No spaces or extra words: LNL001_1_front.jpg will NOT be used.
  • JPG or PNG (PNG is changed to JPG).
  • Or one folder per style: a folder named with the style code (LNL001) holding 1.jpg, 2.jpg ... back.jpg.
  • For Ajio/Myntra, name the back photo STYLECODE_back.jpg (or back.jpg inside the style folder) to skip the back-photo check.
