Opsquik guide
How to list on Ajio in bulk
Listing many styles on Ajio means filling Ajio's bulk listing template row by row. Opsquik fills that file for you from the template and your product photos,
checks it against Ajio's rules and gives you a file ready to upload.

Ajio listing in five steps
- Get the Ajio template. In the Ajio seller portal (VMS): Catalogue → download the template for your category (an .xlsx file). Keep its name as it is.
- Start a Ajio batch in Opsquik and upload that template exactly as you downloaded it, with your product photos.
- Answer a few quick questions - sizes, prices, stock and whatever the photos cannot show.
- Check the preview. Opsquik shows every product as it will be in the file. Change anything on that page.
- Approve and download the file, then upload it to Ajio. In the Ajio seller portal (VMS): Catalogue → upload the file.
What you need for Ajio
Ajio template + photos + size chart. Photos: Ajio wants a front, side, back and a close-up (detail) photo for each style. The back photo is a must: name it STYLECODE_back.jpg.
Name every photo: STYLE CODE + _ + number
| LNL001_1.jpg | main photo (front) |
| LNL001_2.jpg | 2nd photo |
| LNL001_3.jpg | 3rd photo ... |
| LNL001_back.jpg | back view (Myntra and Ajio need it) |
- Style code = the same code you use in the SKU (before the size).
- No size in the photo name - one set of photos is used for all sizes.
- No spaces or extra words: LNL001_1_front.jpg will NOT be used.
- JPG or PNG (PNG is changed to JPG).
- Or one folder per style: a folder named with the style code (LNL001) holding 1.jpg, 2.jpg ... back.jpg.
- For Ajio/Myntra, name the back photo STYLECODE_back.jpg (or back.jpg inside the style folder) to skip the back-photo check.

What Opsquik checks before you upload to Ajio
Opsquik fills every mandatory column of the Ajio template, uses only the values Ajio allows in each dropdown, keeps your brand, tax and manufacturer details the same in every row,
and runs a two-stage check on the finished file. If Ajio still rejects a row, fix the batch and make the file again - the same products are not charged twice.
