Refund & cancellation policy

Free trial

The trial is free: 3 products, all marketplaces, 14 days. No card is taken and nothing is charged when it ends.

Monthly plan (no longer sold; for accounts already on it)

• Cancel any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. No further charges.
• Plan payments are not refundable. The monthly allowance of product listings resets at each renewal and does not carry forward.

Listings pack

• The product listings in a Listings pack are prepaid and are not refundable once bought.
• They never expire and stay in your account, so nothing is lost. (Credits and rows bought before product-listing billing were converted to product listings.)

Suspension for breaking the terms

One account = one seller business (one GSTIN). If an account is used for other sellers or on behalf of clients, or otherwise breaks the terms of service, we may suspend it without refund: payments already made and unused product listings are not refunded.

Problems with output

If a batch or report is wrong because of an error on our side (for example a template we mis-read), we re-run it free and return the product listings it used. Email support@opsquik.com with the batch number (for example Batch 007) within 14 days. Products rejected by a marketplace and re-created within 30 days are not charged again.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are due only in the cases above where this page says so, and when we end the agreement for our own reasons (see the terms). Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
