Opsquik ("we") is operated by ASSPEE Group, 276/3, Ganapathipalayam Main Road, Palladam Road, Tiruppur – 641605, Tamil Nadu, India. This page explains what we collect when you use https://opsquik.com and the Opsquik connector, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address (used to sign you in with a one-time code), a password if you choose to set one (kept only as a one-way hash, never readable), name, business name, GSTIN, address and phone number if you enter them in Business settings.
- Sign-up details — when you create an account we ask for: your name (to address you and on invoices); your business or brand name (to set up your account and invoices); your email, checked with a 6-digit code (to sign you in and send you account emails); your mobile number (so our support team can reach you about your account or a batch - we do not send marketing messages to it); the marketplaces you sell on (to set up your account and guides for them); your GSTIN if you give it (one account per GST registration, and for tax invoices); and, if you tell us, how you heard about us (to know which channels work). We do not ask for your date of birth.
- Your agreement — when you tick the box at sign-up (or agree to updated terms when you sign in) we record what you agreed to (the Terms and Privacy Policy), the version of the terms, the date and time, and the internet (IP) address it was ticked from, as proof of your consent.
- Files you upload — marketplace templates, product images, size charts and reports you send to the service, and the files we generate from them.
- Usage — which tools you run, how many product listings or reports you use, and payment records (amount, date, Razorpay payment id). We never see or store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles those.
- Technical and security records — the address (IP) and browser used to sign in, sign-in attempts and codes sent, and timestamps. We keep them as long as they are needed to protect your account and the service (for example to spot repeated wrong sign-ins).
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, fill your templates, host your images, count your usage and bill you.
- To support you: reply to your emails and fix problems with your batches.
- To improve the product. We look at aggregate usage, not your individual product data, unless you ask us to look at a specific batch.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product data to train any AI system. Product photos are read by a third-party AI service provider (see "Who else sees it"); titles, descriptions and keywords are written by fixed rules on our server from your answers and what the photos show, not by a system trained on other sellers' files.
If you use the optional Opsquik connector from an AI assistant account of your own, what you type there is processed by that assistant's provider under your own account's terms with them. Opsquik only receives what its tools need to make your file.
Where it is stored and for how long
- Account and usage data is stored on servers in Singapore (Render) and is kept while your account exists.
- Templates, previews and upload links are kept for at least 30 days after the batch is finished (its file made) or left unfinished, and made listing files and job records for at least 90 days, so you can download them again. Photos used in a made file are kept as long as the file: 90 days after it is made. Photos of a batch that never made a file are deleted 30 days after the batch is finished or its upload link expires. After that we delete them in a clean-up that we run ourselves; automatic nightly deletion is not switched on yet, and this page will say so when it is. Deleting your account deletes them at any time. Photos kept in your own Dropbox stay yours and are never deleted by us.
- If you attach files to a problem report, we store them privately, only you and Opsquik support can open them, and we delete them 90 days after the report is handled.
- Templates, made listing files and error files are kept in private storage that only our server can read. Product photos are placed on a public web address because the marketplaces must download them from there.
- If you connect Dropbox, files you choose to host there stay in your own Dropbox under your control.
- We protect your data with passwords and connector links stored only as one-way hashes, sign-in codes that work once and only for 10 minutes, encrypted connections (https), checks that every request comes from your own signed-in page, and limits on repeated attempts.
Who else sees it
- Razorpay — payments. Render — hosting. Zoho Mail — sending sign-in codes and emails. Cloudflare (R2) / Dropbox — storage of photos and files, and database backups.
- A third-party AI service provider — the product photos you upload are sent to its service so that our server can read the colour, pattern, sleeve and similar details for your listing. It does not use your data to train its models.
- Your own AI assistant (optional connector) — if you connect Opsquik to an AI assistant account of your own, what you type there is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours. Our server only receives the requests the assistant makes on your behalf.
- Some of these providers process data outside India (for example Render in Singapore and our AI service provider in the United States). We share only what each one needs to do its job.
Your consent
We process your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the purposes listed above, with the consent you give when you create your account. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account (below); the service then stops for you. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
Opsquik is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
Your rights and choices
- Access — Download my data (My account page) gives you a copy of your account, settings and job history at once.
- Correction and updating — sign in and edit your business details at any time; for anything you cannot edit (GSTIN, brands and manufacturer details, which identify your business), email support@opsquik.com and we correct it.
- Erasure — Delete my account (My account page), or an email to support@opsquik.com, asks us to delete your account and all files. We complete deletion within 7 working days.
- Nominee — you can name a person who may use these rights for you if you die or cannot act; email us their name and contact.
- You choose which emails we send you (trial ending, product listings low, renewal, failed payment) on the My account page. Sign-in codes are always sent.
Grievances
