These terms apply to your use of Opsquik at https://opsquik.com and the Opsquik connector, provided by ASSPEE Group ("we"). By starting a trial or buying a plan you accept them.
The service
- Opsquik prepares marketplace listing files, hosts product images and (as tools are released) produces reports from files you upload. You use it on the website; an optional connector also lets you use it from an AI assistant account of your own.
- We are not affiliated with Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio or FirstCry, or with the AI service providers we use.
- Tools marked "coming soon" are not part of any plan until they are released.
One seller per account
One account = one seller business (one GSTIN). Using it for other sellers or on behalf of clients is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
- Your account is tied to your GSTIN, or to your GST Enrolment ID if you sell without GST. It must be entered before your first listing, and one GSTIN can be used on only one account.
- The first template you upload for a marketplace links that marketplace's seller ID to your account; templates from a different seller account are refused.
- Listings can be made only for the brands registered on your account (where the marketplace uses a brand); a new brand is added after we approve it.
- Manufacturer, packer and importer details in your files always come from the one manufacturer / packer entry saved in your Business settings. It is locked once saved and changed only after we approve the change.
- Your connector link is private. Do not share it. If it is shared, ask us for a new one.
- To watch for shared links we record the internet (IP) addresses that use your connector link and sign in to your account, and keep them for 30 days.
If an account is used for more than one seller business we may reset its connector link and suspend the account.
AI-made draft files
Opsquik makes draft listing files using AI, which can make mistakes. The seller checks every file before uploading. To the extent permitted by law, Opsquik is not responsible for listing errors, marketplace rejections or penalties.
- Every listing file Opsquik makes is a draft. Some values in it are read from your product photos by a third-party AI service (for example colour, pattern, sleeve and neck type); others come from your answers, your saved settings and fixed rules on our server.
- AI can make mistakes, and marketplace templates and rules change. Before you upload a file you must check every row - prices, sizes, stock, colours, product details, photos and compliance details such as HSN, GST and manufacturer details. The preview shows each value and where it came from.
- You accept this section with the rest of these terms when you create your account. Accounts created before it was added are asked to agree to the updated terms once, at their next sign-in.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for checking output before you upload it to a marketplace. Prices, stock, sizes and colours are taken from your input; we do not invent them.
- You must have the right to use the images, brand names and content you upload.
Plans, product listings and fair use
- Products: Listings (the Listings pack: prepaid product listings) and, when released, Reports (a monthly plan of its own). Each is bought separately.
- Free trial: 3 products on all six marketplaces for 14 days. A product is one Style Code in one colour; it counts once, however many sizes or marketplaces. No card is taken and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Sellers invited to our beta may be given a longer trial (currently 30 days); the length is shown on their dashboard.
- Listings pack: ₹499 + 18% GST (₹588.82) for 20 product listings - ₹25 per product listing. A product listing is one Style Code in one colour on one marketplace, with all its sizes. It can be bought again any time; the listings add to your balance.
- Monthly plan (no longer sold; this applies to accounts already on it): it renews every month until you cancel from Plan & billing. "Unlimited" means within fair use: 375 product listings a month. Beyond that, product listings from your balance are used.
- Product listings you buy are prepaid, never expire, are not transferable, not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before GST; 18% GST is added when you pay.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email; changes do not affect product listings already bought.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to list counterfeit or prohibited goods, to upload content you do not own, to attempt to access other accounts, to reverse-engineer the server,
or for any seller business other than your own (other sellers, clients, or businesses with a different GSTIN). We may suspend an account that does.
A suspension for breaking these terms is without refund: payments already made and unused product listings are not refunded.
Availability and liability
- We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Marketplace template formats change; we update them as quickly as we can.
- Listing files are drafts that you check before uploading (see "AI-made draft files"). To the extent permitted by law, Opsquik is not responsible for listing errors, marketplace rejections or penalties, lost sales or indirect losses arising from a file you upload.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for marketplace penalties, lost sales or indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We can also end the agreement for our own reasons (not because of a breach by you)
with 30 days' notice; in that case only, we refund the unused part of the current month (monthly plan) and any unused product listings. If we suspend or close an account because
these terms were broken, nothing is refunded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
