Opsquik guide

How to list on Amazon.in in bulk

Listing many styles on Amazon.in means filling Amazon.in's bulk listing template row by row. Opsquik fills that file for you from the template and your product photos, checks it against Amazon.in's rules and gives you a file ready to upload.

Amazon.in listing in five steps

  1. Get the Amazon.in template. In Seller Central: Catalog → Add Products via Upload → download the template for your category (an .xlsm file). Your brand must already be approved on Amazon — it has to be in the template's Brand Name list.
  2. Start a Amazon.in batch in Opsquik and upload that template exactly as you downloaded it, with your product photos.
  3. Answer a few quick questions - sizes, prices, stock and whatever the photos cannot show.
  4. Check the preview. Opsquik shows every product as it will be in the file. Change anything on that page.
  5. Approve and download the file, then upload it to Amazon.in. In Seller Central: Catalog → Add Products via Upload → upload your spreadsheet. Check the processing report Amazon gives you a little later.

What you need for Amazon.in

Seller Central flat file + photos. Photos: Up to 9 per style. Plain white background works best.

Name every photo: STYLE CODE + _ + number
LNL001_1.jpgmain photo (front)
LNL001_2.jpg2nd photo
LNL001_3.jpg3rd photo ...
LNL001_back.jpgback view (Myntra and Ajio need it)
  • Style code = the same code you use in the SKU (before the size).
  • No size in the photo name - one set of photos is used for all sizes.
  • No spaces or extra words: LNL001_1_front.jpg will NOT be used.
  • JPG or PNG (PNG is changed to JPG).
  • Or one folder per style: a folder named with the style code (LNL001) holding 1.jpg, 2.jpg ... back.jpg.
  • For Ajio/Myntra, name the back photo STYLECODE_back.jpg (or back.jpg inside the style folder) to skip the back-photo check.

What Opsquik checks before you upload to Amazon.in

Opsquik fills every mandatory column of the Amazon.in template, uses only the values Amazon.in allows in each dropdown, keeps your brand, tax and manufacturer details the same in every row, and runs a two-stage check on the finished file. If Amazon.in still rejects a row, fix the batch and make the file again - the same products are not charged twice.
